We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer (internally known as Administrative Assistant) to join our Employer of Record (EoR) team. You will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Prepare all necessary paperwork to onboard new clients.
  • Complete all administrative tasks related to EoR support services.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update client records, databases, and office documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized team member with experience in administrative support and client-facing roles. Strong multitasking skills and a forward-thinking mindset are essential for success in this position. Experience or interest in EoR and Employment Law is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
  • Proficient administrative skills with the ability to track deadlines and manage ongoing tasks effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Accurate, inquisitive, strong attention to detail, and eager to keep growing.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Professional and client-focused attitude.

A certificate of conduct (VOG) is required for the position and a reference check is also part of the application procedure.
