As an Administrative Support Clerk reporting to the PPSA Services Team Lead, your role will involve assisting clients with various search orders, ensuring their satisfaction and efficiency. You will handle the preparation and filing of essential documents across Ontario while conducting detailed searches that meet our clients’ needs. Strong technological skills and a quick learning ability will be pivotal for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate securities and PPSA search requests for clients

• Prepare and electronically file Articles of Incorporation

• Conduct corporate and real estate due diligence searches

• Provide detailed and accurate reporting for clients

• Meet strict customer deadlines with high-quality service

Requirements:

• Law Clerk or Business Diploma preferred

• At least 2 years of office experience in a quick-paced environment

• Familiarity with PPSA and legal document processing

• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Strong problem-solving and tech-savvy skills
