Position Summary

The Administrative Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our licensing processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

The ideal candidate is honest, dependable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering quality work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain client information in company systems
  • Review documents and applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Identify and correct errors before submission
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding missing information or application issues
  • Organize and manage electronic and physical records
  • Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
  • Assist team members with administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
  • Support company goals through consistent, reliable performance
