Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and manage invoicing
✅ Coordinate with clients and internal departments
✅ Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
✅ Follow up on customer inquiries and deliveries
✅ Update product and pricing information
✅ Prepare sales reports and support the sales team with administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
✔ Strong customer service and client relationship skills
✔ Experience in sales administration and sales operations
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems (Tally is a plus)
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
✔ Previous retail experience is a plus
