Administrative & Operations Support Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Support Coordinator to support daily office and field operations for our asphalt paving company. This role is essential in keeping our team organized, supporting financial processes, and ensuring smooth communication between the office, crews, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Accurately enter and track employee payroll hours, coordinating with field crews as needed
● Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers, vendors, and team members with professionalism
and efficiency
● Greet visitors, clients, and crew members, creating a welcoming and organized office environment
● Support accounts payable processes, including organizing and assisting with invoice entry and tracking
● Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring records are up to date and compliant
● Provide general administrative support to both office staff and field operations as needed
Qualifications:
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
● Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
● Basic administrative and computer skills (experience with payroll or invoicing is a plus)
● Dependable, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
