We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks within our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
- Handle general office administration duties
- Manage vehicle licence renewals and company compliance items
- Oversee insurance renewals and related documentation
- Prepare and pack shipments for dispatch
- Coordinate courier collections and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Support management with ad hoc tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative role
Required Skills
- Must come from Automotive Industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (telephonic & email)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Attention to detail and reliability
