We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks within our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
  • Handle general office administration duties
  • Manage vehicle licence renewals and company compliance items
  • Oversee insurance renewals and related documentation
  • Prepare and pack shipments for dispatch
  • Coordinate courier collections and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations
  • Support management with ad hoc tasks
  • Previous experience in an administrative role

Required Skills

  • Must come from Automotive Industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (telephonic & email)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and reliability
