The Opportunity
We’re looking for organised, proactive Administration Officers to join our thriving administration team. Opportunities are available across Customer Care and Makesafe — perfect for admin professionals who thrive on structure, teamwork and variety.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being across the details, keeping things moving behind the scenes and knowing that their work genuinely makes a difference — to customers, to the team, and to the success of every job.
What You’ll Do
- Be a friendly first point of contact for customers and clients
- Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage documentation, compliance and system updates with accuracy
- Maintain accurate job data across internal systems and insurance portals
- Support internal teams with timely documentation and follow-ups
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and ways of working
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in a fast-paced administration or office support role
- Insurance or construction experience (a bonus, not a must)
- Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Confident working with systems, templates and document formatting
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and adapt to changing needs
- A positive, team-focused mindset with a passion for a great customer experience!
