We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation supporting a large network of members across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a part-time Administration Officer role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and confident handling a variety of administrative tasks. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication across teams and members.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support including handling enquiries, correspondence, and record management
• Maintain and update customer management systems with accurate data
• Respond to member enquiries and redirect issues where required
• Support internal teams with coordination of marketing and resource materials
• Deliver high-quality admin support in line with deadlines and service standards
About You
• Previous experience in an administration or support role
• Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Skills & Requirements
• High-level English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Experience working with membership-based organisations or retiree-focused services is advantageous but not essential.
