Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Officer based in Quezon City. The Administrative Officer will oversee general administrative tasks, provide support to the team, ensure efficient daily operations, manage communication channels, and maintain organized systems to enhance productivity. They will also handle customer service inquiries, coordinate schedules, and support leadership in implementing processes and policies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily administrative and operational activities of the office
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, deadlines, and appointments of management
- Assist in client coordination, follow-ups, and communications
- Monitor office supplies, utilities, and general office requirements
- Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and professional appearance of the office
- Organize and maintain office records, files, and internal documents
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external parties when necessary
- Assist in monitoring internal office processes and operational concerns
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Organization Skills, including task prioritization and time management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools
- Able to work in a fast-paced and professional environment
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
