We are seeking a highly organized and service-minded Administrative & HR Support Coordinator to support our people, processes, and daily operations across departments.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our team — ensuring structure, compliance, and smooth internal coordination in a luxury hospitality environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support staff scheduling and timekeeping processes
  • Assist with HR administration, employee documentation, and payroll inputs
  • Track training and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate staff housing administration
  • Maintain internal documentation and confidential records
  • Support purchasing, accounting, and inventory administration

Your Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, office administration, or operational support
  • (hospitality experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident working with Excel and digital systems
  • Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Knowledge of Portuguese labor documentation is a plus
