Key Responsibilities :
- Handle phone calls, client enquiries, correspondence, mail, and courier/special deliveries
- Manage and organize physical & electronic documents, including statutory declarations and records
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and ensure premises/equipment are well-maintained
- Process travel expense claims, mileage reimbursements, and coordinate staff training attendance
- Assist in any events or activities conducted by the firm
- Support admin processes, ensure compliance with firm policies, and assist with any other admin duties as assigned
What You’ll Need :
- Prior administrative support experience in auditing or accounting firm(s) and posses own transport would be an advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in business administration or equivalent.
- Applicants with no experience are also welcome to apply – training will be provided.
- Outspoken and good communication & interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Strong self-initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations.
- Positive attitude with a pro-active approach to solving problems.
- Be analytical with attention to detail.
- Team player and independent worker without close supervision.
