Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle phone calls, client enquiries, correspondence, mail, and courier/special deliveries
  • Manage and organize physical & electronic documents, including statutory declarations and records
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and ensure premises/equipment are well-maintained
  • Process travel expense claims, mileage reimbursements, and coordinate staff training attendance
  • Assist in any events or activities conducted by the firm
  • Support admin processes, ensure compliance with firm policies, and assist with any other admin duties as assigned

What You’ll Need :

  • Prior administrative support experience in auditing or accounting firm(s) and posses own transport would be an advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in business administration or equivalent.
  • Applicants with no experience are also welcome to apply – training will be provided.
  • Outspoken and good communication & interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong self-initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations.
  • Positive attitude with a pro-active approach to solving problems.
  • Be analytical with attention to detail.
  • Team player and independent worker without close supervision.
