Admin Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support internal teams with coordination and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities
- Handle office supplies, vendor management, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
- Manage office facilities, repairs, and upkeep
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and accommodation for employees, Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or rescheduling
- Verify travel expenses and supporting bills, Ensure expenses align with company policy
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Support HR/admin in onboarding, ID cards, and office setup
- Manage courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Assist with visa processing and documentation-have basic knowledge.
· Handle corporate gifting including Diwali gifts, employee engagement kits, and client gifts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–4 years of experience in administration or office management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with visa processes and international travel-Basic Knowledge will work
