Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to department leadership
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, communication records, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare professional reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for business use
  • Maintain and organize confidential documents and sensitive departmental files
  • Respond to internal and external queries or redirect them appropriately
  • Monitor staff travel processes including permits, tickets, allowances, and hotel bookings
  • Track departmental assets and coordinate new office equipment setup
  • Handle email, calls, faxes, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Ensure office logistics, requests, and interdepartmental tasks are completed on time
  • Assist with special assignments and support company-wide administrative initiatives as needed

Candidate Expectations

  • High school diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience
    * or* bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of job-related experience
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
  • Self-motivated, detail-focused, and adaptable to cross-cultural work environments
