Administrative Coordinator

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide administrative support by coordinating requests, maintaining accurate records, tracking workflows, and communicating with internal teams and third-party vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage client requests from order through completion.
  • Track assignments and maintain accurate records using the company’s internal systems.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure requests are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Communicate with appraisers, internal departments, and other third-party partners regarding order status and outstanding items.
  • Assist internal teams with questions and documentation.
  • Create and maintain reports to track the progress of clientorders.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and meets company compliance standards.
  • Support the department with administrative tasks, special projects, and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
  • Mortgage, banking, or financial services experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
