ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR: YOUR ROLE
You support the office by managing daily administrative tasks, greeting visitors at the front door with professionalism and warmth, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring shared spaces such as the break room and copier room remain organized and functional. You stay attentive to details, anticipate needs, and contribute to an efficient flow of communication that keeps the entire office operating smoothly.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Valid driver’s license
- Higher education experience is preferred
YOUR SCHEDULE
You’ll enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with options of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, giving you predictability while supporting work‑life balance.
