We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Clerk at our Carlton Crossing Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Saskatoon, SK
. The Administrative Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and operational duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing accounts receivable/accounts payable

  • Preparing communication materials

  • Assisting in product logistics

  • Providing excellent customer service and performing general office duties

Qualifications:

  • Possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and general office practices

  • Experience with Microsoft applications; experience in word-processing and/or data entry

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and have a strong understanding of customer service

  • A valid driver’s licence is required

  • An agriculture background is considered an asset
