We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and keeping a small business running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones, greet visitors, and manage general office communication
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing
- Track receipts, payments and job-related documentation
- Prepare simple reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support scheduling, project coordination, and daily workflow
- Perform general office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Self-Starter
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Basic bookkeeping and administrative experience preferred-QuickBooks Desktop-Word-Excel-Outlook
- Comfortable with computers, email and simple data entry
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a small, fast-moving environment
- In person- M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

- Starting wage between $17.50 and $21.50 depending on experience
