Our team is dedicated, welcoming, and committed to maintaining efficient operations with integrity and attention to detail. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant committed to excellence to assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our business.
Position Overview
This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining organization, accuracy, and progress. You’ll be working closely with our Executive Assistant to support payroll, onboarding, and other essential office operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly payroll processing and data entry
- Support new hire onboarding and employee file maintenance
- Manage Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft 365 documents (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
- Track and record important compliance data: drug screenings, union dues, benefits
- Handle scanning, faxing, emailing, and document management
- Provide general administrative support and backup assistance as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Clear communication and dependable follow-through
- Experience with payroll systems such as Paychex is a plus
- QuickBooks
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday – Friday
Compensation
- $22–$28 per hour, based on experience and skill level
