Administrative Assistant to the Building Principal

Purpose Statement
The job of Secretary to the Principal (Elementary) is performed for the purpose of providing complex and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the school-site principal and other administrators. This role involves conveying information regarding school functions and procedures, ensuring efficient operation of support functions, and coordinating assigned projects and site activities. The incumbent interacts with all aspects of the school community and the school system.
Terms
of Employment
Working 10 months per year (school year plus a few weeks before and after). 8 hour days.
Wage
$19.25 – $21.75 per hour DOE. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education in accordance with the Classified Salary & Benefit Package.
