Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and have a strong ability to multitask. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence, uploading documents to client portal
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
– Assist with transcribing documents and preparing reports
– Assist with tax return processing
– Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
– Assist with records management
Experience:
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
– Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service principles
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
– Experience in a CPA office is helpful
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
