Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients and contractors professionally
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
• Maintain and update CRM systems
• Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination
• Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
Requirements
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet (good Wi-Fi)
• Access to a computer/laptop
• Experience using CRM systems
• Proficiency in email and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
