About The Role

The Administrative Assistant for Regional Markets plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Regional and Market Officer (CRMO) and the Regional and Market Leadership (RML) team. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the leadership team by managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication across departments and regions. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. They will handle sensitive information with confidentiality, exercise independent judgment, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in administration or project management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics365, and SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in nonprofit, community development, finance, or real estate sectors (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required
  • Availability for occasional evening and weekend work

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CRMO, including calendar management, email coordination, and priority task handling
  • Assist with complex project management, maintaining work plans, tracking deadlines, and supporting report development
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings and events, including scheduling, material preparation, note-taking, and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of stakeholders, vendors, and financial transactions, including data entry and database management
  • Process expenses, prepare invoices, and assist with financial reconciliation tasks
  • Organize operational support activities such as onboarding new team members, managing shared calendars, and facilitating communication channels
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve team processes and workflows
  • Support the development and implementation of professional development plans for team members
  • Promote and embody principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of work
  • Engage actively in EDI events and learning opportunities to foster an inclusive work environment
