POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant provides vital support to the regional property management team by handling a variety of administrative, organizational, and customer service tasks. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations through effective communication, scheduling, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
From onboarding new team members to assisting with resident concerns and planning regional events, this position plays a key role in keeping our team organized, informed, and supported.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience.)
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook;
Yardi proficiency preferred - High attention to detail
