Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced assistant project coordinator to join a growing team in Plymouth, MN.
This role supports project managers by coordinating schedules, organizing documentation, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication across departments. If you excel at organization, communication, and helping projects stay on track, this is a great long-term opportunity.
Location: Plymouth, MN
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: $65,000 – $75,000/year, DOE

Duties of the assistant project coordinator:
- Manage administrative tasks including agendas, meeting minutes, and project files.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and schedules.
- Liaise between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Maintain and update all project documentation and reports.
- Handle financial tasks including expenses, invoices, and AP/AR.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to managers.
Requirements of the assistant project coordinator:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Solid written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management tools
- Attention to detail when reviewing data and preparing reports
- Experience in project administration, accounting support, or a similar office environment
- Background in business, management, accounting, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced project or administrative setting
