About the Role

This is more than a traditional admin role it’s a chance to work closely with leadership, gain exposure in crafting key business decisions, and play an important role in keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll help manage priorities, support projects, and bring organization to a fast-moving environment. If you enjoy staying on top of multiple tasks, solving problems, and being a go-to person, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct administrative and operational support to management
  • Help establish and maintain QC, QA, HR and other systems, processes, programs.
  • Research complex topics and deliver clear, concise results
  • Create, manage, and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documents
  • Attend meetings, capture accurate notes, and drive follow-through
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities
  • Track action items and ensure closure
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Take on analytical, project-based, and ad-hoc tasks as business demands

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, with flexibility depending on business needs. Some Sunday work as needed.
