Job Description
You will be the Administrative Assistant for the Technical Training team. Our team is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support that enables seamless training operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for delivering reliable office services that keep the Technical Training team focused on mission‑critical tasks.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Maintain organized alphabetical, numerical, and subject files and ensure they are up‑to‑date.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, correspondence, and memorandums using standard desktop software.
- Field inquiries about office procedures, policies, and procedures, directing complex questions to senior staff as needed.
