Administrative Assistant for Pool Service Company/ No Nights Jobs in Tampa at Pinch A Penny

Our pool service department is GROWING and we are looking for an ORGANIZED and PROFESSIONAL person to join our team as a new FULL-TIME or PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE/ ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to help build customer loyalty with excellent service. Responsibilities include: following up with pool service customers to discuss equipment or service opportunities, sending estimates, and discussing customer issues and resolving them. This role is designed to evolve into a manager position over time. Pay is based on experience, $17-$21 per hour. We have a great team, in a relaxing atmosphere and there is unlimited opportunities for growth! If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills- you would be a great fit here!

Qualifications
– Organization Skills, ability to prioritze is a MUST
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a PLUS
– Excellent communication skills
– Experience in retail sales or pools is a PLUS
– Ability to work well with others on a team
– Strong customer service skills

– Appointment Setting/ scheduling
– Ability to upsell products
– Time management abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
