Large Upscale Beachfront HOA Administrative AssistantA large HOA in Panama City Beach is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team. This position is a vital onsite role that supports the Community Association Manager (CAM), and the Office Manager, in serving the HOA Board and owners of the community. This candidate must possess experience in administrative work along with proven customer service skills. Duties and areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Homeowner Services / Requests
  • Communications Support (both text and email platforms)
  • Event Support – helping the team in an active annual calendar of events for the community.
  • Operational Team Support – Overlapping with the General Manager and Office Manager day to day operations.

Requirements:

  • Resume’ showing experience that would support this kind of role.
  • Solid grasp of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to be onsite for full time work hours and for community events.
  • A team player that works well in a fast paced and dynamic community management setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
