Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support.
- Perform general administrative duties and other tasks to support daily business operations.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboards, and administrative records using Microsoft Excel.
- Generate accurate reports and support data analysis
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
