Morgan Stanley is seeking a new team member to join FRM's EMEA Risk Governance Team in Budapest. The role primarily focusses on the governance and coordination of EMEA Risk Committees, coordinating the review of policies and procedures and contributing to the Risk Governance team's broader initiatives.

You'll do:
- Performing secretarial duties for EMEA Risk Management Committees including:
-The coordination, preparation and review of agendas and materials
– Attending and minuting meetings, including following up on agreed action items
– Maintaining and updating Terms of Reference documents
– Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across the firm and in multiple locations
- Co-ordinating annual and ad-hoc reviews of EMEA Risk Management policies, procedures and disclosures, including engagement with policy owners and key stakeholders
- Preparing ad-hoc presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting broader Risk Governance initiatives in line with business priorities
You have:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in Committee management, with strong business writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality minutes to tight deadlines
- The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, both written and verbally
- Confidence to take ideas forward and to challenge others, where appropriate
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to distil technical information to produce clear and concise presentations and minutes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently in a self-directed way in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
