Position Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time pharmacist to drive its mission of improving the health and wellness of our communities. In this pivotal role, the Full-time clinic administrative assistant will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage patient records, and clinic related paperwork. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Clinic Manager and medical staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of clinic operations, staff schedules, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate procurement requests and inventory management for medical and office supplies.
  • Support the onboarding of clinic staff and coordination of staff training sessions.
  • Assist in organizing health awareness events and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, and Facilities departments for operational coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to confidentiality, data protection, and institutional policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Be thorough, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with handling both administrative and patient-facing tasks.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Familiar with basic computer programs and the ability to learn new software is necessary.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Health Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or university environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.
