Job Description: Administrative & Sales Assistant (Aventura, FL)

We are hiring an Administrative & Sales Assistant for our office in the Aventura area. If you are professional, well‑presented, speak English, and have experience in sales and basic administrative tasks, we want to meet you.

Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Days: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $16 per hour
Location: Aventura, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in person and by phone in English
  • Support sales activities and customer follow‑ups
  • Perform basic administrative tasks and data entry
  • Use QuickBooks for simple tasks
  • Maintain organized records and office documentation
  • Provide professional customer service and represent the company with excellent presence
  • Support daily office operations as needed

Requirements:

  • English proficiency (required)
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Good personal presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Valid work authorization in the U.S.
  • Responsible, punctual, and organized.
