Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage account opening documents
• Follow up on client documentation and trades
• Review daily account activities for accuracy
• Schedule client portfolio reviews efficiently
• Conduct various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle pressure
