Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Administrative Assistant based in the Columbia, MD Headquarters building. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, accounting support, managing communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with executive-level administrative tasks. The role involves handling phone correspondence with professionalism, supporting office management activities, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing office operations and documentation
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and calendar coordination
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software such as Google Work Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, CRM and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently
- Prior experience in a professional office setting
- Experience with AI & AI Agents a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is a plus
