We are a growing industrial equipment company from Texas who has moved to south florida and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant to support daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Draft and send professional emails to clients and vendors
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer communication
- Coordinate freight, pickups, and logistics
- Track orders, payments, and inventory
- Assist with general administrative and daily office tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in admin, logistics, or sales support is a plus
