We are a growing industrial equipment company from Texas who has moved to south florida and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant to support daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
  • Draft and send professional emails to clients and vendors
  • Answer phone calls and assist with customer communication
  • Coordinate freight, pickups, and logistics
  • Track orders, payments, and inventory
  • Assist with general administrative and daily office tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in admin, logistics, or sales support is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
