Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Lafayette, LA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing phone calls, maintaining light inventory, greeting guests, organizing files, shipping and receiving small packages, and assisting with various clerical tasks. Additionally, the individual will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications

Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills

Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience in clerical tasks and record-keeping

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Power Point

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
