Details
Type: 6-month contract to hire
Location: Houston (In-office: 4 days/week, 1 day remote)
Overview: Working with our Managed Service Provider, Magni, this role supports a team of 10-15 Associates and Analysts across the Americas by handling administrative tasks, translating requests into achievable goals, and providing backup support for Executive Assistants. Successful contractors may transition to full-time employment at KKR.
Responsibilities
Manage highly sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
Handle a high volume of work, prioritize tasks effectively.
Maintain complex and fluid calendars.
Support team productivity with organizational tools.
Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reports.
Manage and monitor executives’ calendars, anticipate scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate meetings and events, reserve spaces, and ensure necessary equipment and hospitality services.
Liaise with portfolio organizations, investors, and internal personnel professionally and courteously.
Uphold confidentiality and act discreetly.
Support colleagues proactively and collaboratively.
Qualifications
1-3 years supporting executives; college degree preferred but not required.
Financial industry knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Concur is a plus.
Strong research skills using online resources.
Diplomatic and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
Superior time management and attention to detail.
