What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
- Providing operational support and managing recurring administrative tasks for two separate interior divisions.
- Assisting with onboarding and associate engagement support, including submitting ITSM requests and updating seating charts.
- Tracking budget information, managing purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions (PRs), and summarizing monthly and quarterly reports.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role; an associate degree in a business-related field is preferred but not required.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, and have familiarity with SAP for managing POs/PRs.
- Possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a changing work environment.
