Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain records, files, documents and reports
- Coordinate meetings, schedules and internal communication
- Assist management and team members with administrative requirements
- Prepare letters, emails, reports and other official documents
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and internal departments when required
- Ensure smooth and efficient office operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
- Ability to manage documents, records, emails, and schedules
- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Indian nationality preferred
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to work in Abu Dhabi
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
