Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
  • Maintain records, files, documents and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules and internal communication
  • Assist management and team members with administrative requirements
  • Prepare letters, emails, reports and other official documents
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers and internal departments when required
  • Ensure smooth and efficient office operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
  • Ability to manage documents, records, emails, and schedules
  • Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Indian nationality preferred
  • Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to work in Abu Dhabi
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

Location & Eligibility
