Job Description:

We are seeking a disciplined, highly-organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and transactional support to our Director of Transactions. This individual will play a critical role in supporting deal execution, managing priorities, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and meetings for the Director of Transactions

• Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, buyers, and external partners

• Track deal timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across active transactions

• Assist with CRM updates and transaction pipeline management

• Manage and organize transaction-related data, documents, and communications

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all transaction-related matters

• Report to the Director of Transactions

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Highly detail- and process-oriented

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful

• Professional discretion and confidentiality

Compensation

  • Salary starting at $50,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision).
  • Paid time off: 10 paid holidays + 10 PTO days first year, moves up to 15 for the second year.
