We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and provide exceptional customer service support
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and ensure documents proofreading for quality assurance
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Oversee calender management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently
- Support sales orders tasks using QuickBooks including invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, maintaining equipment, and organizing files for easy access
Experience
- Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer support in person or over the phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel) and Google Workspace Applications for daily tasks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus
Pay: $18.50 – $19.50 per hour
