Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Minneapolis, MN office. The role involves supporting engineering teams with administrative tasks, reviewing standard document templates, managing budgets, and collaborating across teams to meet project and client goals.

Responsibilities

Follow and promote IMEG standards

Assist assigned and other teams as needed

Maintain confidentiality of project, client, corporate, and employee matters

Work with engineering specifications for all disciplines

Attend and contribute to meetings

Support problem-solving within the engineering team

Answer phones as needed

Arrange meetings and travel

Handle mail and shipping

Skills and Abilities

Ability to multi-task

Work with staff at all levels

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Customer service orientation

Problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and flexible

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required

Associate degree preferred

Minimum 2 years administrative experience, 3 preferred

Experience with engineering administration preferred

Physical Requirements

Prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer

Ability to lift 15 pounds

Salary Range: $53,000 – $65,000, based on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid holidays, and PTO.
