At Crawford, a global leader in claims management with 80+ years of expertise across 70 countries, we do more than manage claims. We help restore lives, businesses, and communities.

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Thailand team. If you enjoy operational work, supporting senior leaders, and making sure the details are always in order, this role is for you. You’ll provide direct support to the Country Manager, coordinate office operations, and help manage people-related processes in a collaborative, people-focused environment.

Please note: This is an administration-led role. While it includes exposure to HR-related activities, it does not involve strategic HR responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

  • Manage calls, emails, schedules, and meeting preparation for the Country Manager
  • Coordinate travel, visas, and accommodation arrangements
  • Draft and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Greet visitors and support meeting logistics
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and staff as needed

Office & People-Related Administration

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and monthly reporting submissions
  • Support training registrations and regional and global HR initiatives
  • Manage expat visa and work permit processes
  • Assist with internal and external HR audits
  • Oversee office operations, equipment, and supply management
  • Organize digital and physical records systematically
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and HR tasks as assigned

Standards & Ethics

  • Promote Crawford’s ethics, values, and service standards at all times
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

What You Bring

  • College or tertiary degree in Office Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an administrative, executive support, or office coordination role is preferred
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and processes
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS platforms is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders
  • Professional, discreet, and dependable when handling confidential information
  • Collaborative team player who can manage multiple priorities with care
