Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr – $22.00/hr

Position Overview

Immediate opportunity for a talented assistant to join our office team. This full-time role provides general administrative and clerical support for the corporate office, supporting HR & Accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer phones and respond to employee, customer, and vendor requests

Review and process new hire paperwork and employee changes

Manage HR records and filing system, ensuring files are current and compliant

Manage inventory of office supplies and uniforms; fulfill store orders

Perform daily cash, bank, credit card, and account reconciliations

Handle accounts payable and bi-weekly payroll processing

Assist with posting job ads, screening applications, and employment verifications

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in HR/Payroll

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational and customer service skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
