We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and leadership activities. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination across teams, maintaining schedules, and managing logistics with a high level of precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where organization and people skills are essential.

  • Calendar & Scheduling Management
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment of availability and priorities
  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize time management
  • Travel Coordination
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel logistics
  • Coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Ensure all travel plans are organized, communicated, and compliant with company policies
  • Meeting & Workshop Coordination
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and events end-to-end
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up communication
  • Support logistics such as booking rooms, coordinating attendees, and managing schedules
  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a central point of coordination across teams
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Support team organization and operational efficiency
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Assist with reporting, presentations, and general administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
