Job Responsibilities
The person in this position will coordinate and track team projects. Track and coordinate team calendars. Provide data entry and support on special projects. Set up for big events; greet, direct, and host as needed. Liaison with school districts and division leaders within the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE). Perform other duties as assigned.
This position is located in the Office of Communications.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and proficiency in Excel, highly organized, and being a team player.
Additional Comments
This position requires some in-state travel and is based full-time at SCDE headquarters. The work environment involves continuous interaction with the team, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
