Role Description
This is a full-time, this is a remote/on -site located in Condon, OR for an Administrative Assistant($33-36/hr). Responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Key tasks include fund accounting / budget preperation and management, assisting with executive administrative duties, maintaining records, scheduling, organizing office operations, handling correspondence, and providing excellent support to staff. The role also involves maintaining databases and ensuring the smooth coordination of daily office activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including recordkeeping, scheduling, and general office management
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and ability to support senior staff effectively
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, including professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in public safety, emergency services, or similar settings is beneficial
