Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and route inquiries efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to maintain accurate records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events for team members.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, organizing office supplies, and maintaining organized files.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs in a courteous manner.
- Provide copies of various reports (Incident, Accident, etc).
- Process, sort and deliver mail.
- Process alcohol identifications.
- Process vehicle impound release forms.
- Performs warrant entries, verification, removals, and validations into Georgia Crime Information Center.
- Prepares National Incident Based Reporting (NIBRS) information.
- Performs Georgia Crime Information Center entries as required.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued.
Pay: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour
