Duties

  • Manage office and field operation.
  • Handle calls, screening calls, taking messages, and providing excellent customer support
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems, including digital records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Coordinate calendar management for owner, scheduling appointments and meetings with attention to detail
  • Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and expense tracking
  • Assist in office management duties including supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a clean workspace
  • willing to help with cleaning if needed, its a posibility but would be temporary
  • Become the assistant to the owner in many areas that may not be included on this list.

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clients and team members effectively
  • Demonstrated clerical experience involving data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling financial tasks
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Personal assistant/administrative assistant: 1 year (Required)
  • Assistant manager: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90025 (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
