What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Strong customer service skills—both on the phone and in person
- Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Google & QuickBooks
- Reliable transportation for errands
2 years of office experience is preferred.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, and taking accurate messages
- Scanning, filing and organizing office paperwork and documents
- Run local errands as needed
- Providing administrative support to office personnel as needed
- Create purchase orders and order office or shipping supplies
- Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas or notes as needed
